Well balanced on thepalate, it displays intense fruit and good length. A deep colored, peppery wine full of fresh fruit flavors. Tinta Roriz, Touriga Francesca and Tinta Barroca are the major grapevarieties, all from traditional suppliers. The Quinta do Noval Fine Ruby is vinified by pump over in stainless steel, and thenaged 2 to 3 years in oak.
