Rathfinny Rose Brut 2019 75cl Everyday White Produced at Quinta do AtaídeRathfinny Wine Estate, Classic Cuve Brut is an elegant English sparkling wine from the South Downs in East Sussex. Crafted exclusively from estate grown grapes, the blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier is sourced from south facing vineyards planted on free draining silty clay loam over chalk, providing excellent ripening conditions and mineral complexity. The wine is produced using the traditional method, with extended lees ageing to
