Schola Sarmenti Cubardi Primitivo 2023 75cl Roe & Co Palate: Delicious forest fruits -A profound and elegant Primitivo born from 65 year old bush trained vines deeply rooted in the red soils of Salento. This is a wine of heritage and power, crafted with precision and respect for tradition. Vineyard & Production The old vines are trained in the Alberello Pugliese system at a density of 4,500 plants per hectare, yielding just 900 to 1,100 grams per plant. Grapes are hand picked and carefully placed into airy crates before vinification.
