Antique Ruby and Diamond Charm of 14k Gold sapphire diamond the birthstone of JanuaryRegal and elegant, this teardrop shaped charm creates a sophisticated look. This pendant was converted from an antique stick pin (circa 1890 1900) by removing the pin stem and adding a jump ring bail. It features a drop of 14k gold, dotted with glittery rubies and diamonds.
