An Cnoc 1975 70cl Cardhu The first rum to beAs one of the oldest releases from the Knockdhu Distillery this 1975 was drawn from just three casks and bottled at casks strength without chill filtering. Matured in a combination of Spanish sherry casks and American oak casks it has a lovely deep copper colour, intense nose of fruit cake and sherry notes, full bodied with treacle and season leather with a long sweet finish.
