Specific Protein Analysis Our Sub Fraction Milk will specifically test the five milk proteins: casein, alpha lactalbumin (ALA), beta lactoglobulin (BLG), bovine serum albumin (BSA) and lactoferrin (LF). Whey protein consists of ALA, BLG, BSA, and LF and reacitivity to any of these would indicate avoidance of that protein supplement.
