Red Hook Winery BF Jamesport Vineyard Chardonnay Size:750 ml the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon NapaClear medium gold in the glass, clean nose with no signs of oak but defanitly some malolactic showing through the pear and quince and subtle tropical pinapple. On the palate it is medium bodied and clean with no new oak signs but used oak for sure. Medium minus acid, medium alcohol, medium flavor intensity and a long finish. Same ripe pear and pineapple on the palate and the malolactic butter showing on the finish.
