Vintage Ruby and Diamond Ballerina Ring of 14k Gold sapphire necklace Originally an antique Victorian pinInspired by the shape of a ballerina's tutu, ballerina style rings feature waves of baguette shaped diamonds surrounding a center gemstone accent. This vintage ballerina ring (circa 1980 1990) features a ruby cabochon set among tapered baguette diamonds in 14k gold. The ruby, a later replacement, is a natural stone with evidence of flux healing. The face of the ring measures 0. 8 inches by 0. 7 inches wide with a 0. 5 inch rise above the finger. The
