The finish is polished with well rounded and soft tannins. This Cabernet pairs perfectly with filet mignon glazed in arich balsamic reduction. The fruit for our 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon was carefully selected from prime vineyards in some of Napa Valleys best regions, including St. Helena, Oak Knoll and Rutherford. Winemaker Joe Shirleys
