The domaine was founded by Daniel in 1973 and is situated at the heart of the 'golden triangle' of the Jura between Arbois, Salins les Bains and Poligny in the village of Arsures, 5km from Arbois itself. There are 9 hectares of vines in total all tended according to the semi organic method of 'lutte raisone' and the soil is composed mainly of clay, marl and gravel perfectly suited to the cultivation of the Trousseau
