Vincent & Sophie Morey Santenay Les Gravieres 2018 Bottle:12 with dusty tanninsThis possesses the most elegant nose in the range with its ripe array of pure cassis, plum liqueur, black cherry and freshly turned earth scents. The vibrant middle weight flavors possess a velvety mid palate and good minerality on the attractively well balanced and persistent finish. This isn't especially complex at present but the underlying material appears to be such that my rating presumes that more depth will develop with a few years of bottle
