3L (205hp) 4bbl Applications NON-Vortec & NON-Balance Shaft Engines 1982-1993 (12-Bolt) - Later "vortec" (1996+) versions will use only 8 bolts with a small window (1994-1996) where the first balance shaft engines used 12 bolt intakes but the bottom deflector pan was shaped differently to accommodate the balance shaft

Also Includes reed valve plate as pictured

it's like some sort of black coating that chips off
