The attack is smooth and the finish sapid, almost salty. Great balanced Saint Aubin! Fruity. High acidity. Strong mineral balance. Rather strong oak feeling. Hint of lime or lemon. Rather full body. Long and balanced finish. First attack was very fruity, and aftertaste had very nice structure. Especially, I was surprised total balance was very nice.
