Pasqua Primitivo di Puglia IGT 2024 grapes_Catarratto layered and extremely powerful andFrom sun drenched Puglian vineyards, 100% Primitivo grapes are hand harvested and undergo a seven day cold soak to accentuate color. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at 24 C with daily punch downs, followed by malolactic in tank. The wine then matures for six months in second fill French oak barrels, concluding with a four month bottle rest before release.
