S.A. ORANJE: 1948 - Color-coded deck plan w/ interiors Fabre Line the Colonna Hall was aUnion Castle Safmarine: A fold out (22" by 24") deck plan from 1970 for the S. A. ORANJE. Built as the PRETORIA CASTLE in 1948, the ship adopted a new name and funnel colors when bought by Safmarine in 1966. The ship continued sailing under U C control. Union Castle produced beautiful deck plans in the post war era, and this one is no exception On one side is First Class with parts of six decks shown. Color photos show the Cocktail Bar, Lounge, Smoke
