It is the full steering neck joining handle to base, providing the pivot for handle movement and carrying the two wire connection through the joint. If the original neck cracks or the two wire path fails, the machine can steer poorly, lose power at the head, or run intermittently. Fitting the complete two wire neck renews the pivot and
