Group of 5 Antique French Palais Royal Sewing Box Silk Thread Winders, Snowflake and Star equestrian Size is rightI recently bought a partially filled but beautiful c. 1820 French Palais Royal sewing box, intending to sell off its parts separately. Here you have the unmatched 5 silk winders (thread 'spool' in snowflake forms) that were inside. There are 3 that seem to have come from a single matching set, and the other one for sale is in mother of pearl, carved delicately although as you can see, but has a lobe point broken.
