The cameo is genuine hand carved shell and depicts a couple under a tree. The total item weight is approx. 7. 93g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. To confirm, the outer housing and flowers sections are solid 14k gold. The 14k gold has been reinforced with a thicker inner border on the rear, this is made of a gold tone base metal. The flowers
